So why did hate crimes against Muslims spike in 2016?

You clearly didn't watch the video or follow-up with any of the information to see why it is wrong.

Let me know when you do so you can answer your own questions instead of trolling.

If you were actually informed, correct questions would be, "Why did hate crimes against Mormons and Jews increase while hate crimes against Muslims decreased?"

That would be the sign that you actually understood the data.

Btw Rob if you open up the video on the youtube site(to where you can see comments and a summary, etc) he lists links for everything he references. So it's not like you'd have to spend any lengthy amount of time fact checking his claims. He's also not alt right or anything like that.

Correct. I didn't watch the video.

I'm not going to watch the video.

I didn't search Pew for hates crimes against Mormons and Jews.

I understand that Pew Research noted a spike in Muslim hate crimes in 2016.

Confirmed: you only used Pew, nothing else, despite the fact the I'm telling you Pew was wrong and fell for the anti-Fact hysteria.

If you wish to remain in ignorance, you can do so. Just don't expect to be taken seriously anymore because you provide little value to these discussions, lately.

He does not need to watch the video at all to see why he's wrong. The video is based on kind of research Pew was using. The people at Pew were just too ignorant or actually intentionally using the information to mislead.

Just because it's in a video with images does not mean it's right.

You seem to always fall back on that when proven wrong.

Correct. Hence it was the only source I noted. You used Pew in the past as a standalone.

Clam it.

They won't. Your house is now under constant monitoring from the Mormon Brotherhood. We are also forming coalitions with the Black Brotherhood and the Muslim Brotherhood. You'll have a pasty white boy, a black man, and a brown man, watching you attempt to masturbate, from now on, every time you got to touch your privates. You will never be able to finish unless you can finish in a second or less.

Are you upset that places like Pew can make mistakes? If so, that's odd.

When did they become infallible?

I use PEW all the time, I went to the FBI sites for hate crimes:

FBI database from 1995-2017

Quick Blips:

2015:

In 2015, 14,997 law enforcement agencies participated in the Hate Crime Statistics Program. Of these agencies, 1,742 reported 5,850 hate crime incidents involving 6,885 offenses. (See Tables 1 and 12.)

There were 5,818 single-bias incidents that involved 6,837 offenses, 7,121 victims, and 5,475 known offenders. (See Table 1.)

The 32 multiple-bias incidents reported in 2015 involved 48 offenses, 52 victims, and 18 known offenders. (See Table 1.)

Religious bias (Based on Table 1.)

Hate crimes motivated by religious bias accounted for 1,354 offenses reported by law enforcement. A breakdown of the bias motivation of religious-biased offenses showed:

51.3 percent were anti-Jewish.

22.2 percent were anti-Islamic (Muslim).

4.4 percent were anti-Catholic

2016:

In 2016, 15,254 law enforcement agencies participated in the Hate Crime Statistics Program. Of these agencies, 1,776 reported 6,121 hate crime incidents involving 7,321 offenses. (See Tables 1 and 12.)

There were 6,063 single-bias incidents that involved 7,227 offenses, 7,509 victims, and 5,727 known offenders. (See Table 1.)

The 58 multiple-bias incidents reported in 2016 involved 94 offenses, 106 victims, and 43 known offenders. (See Table 1.)

Religious bias (Based on Table 1.)

Hate crimes motivated by religious bias accounted for 1,538 offenses reported by law enforcement. A breakdown of the bias motivation of religious-biased offenses showed:

54.2 percent were anti-Jewish.

24.8 percent were anti-Islamic (Muslim).

4.1 percent were anti-Catholic.

2017:

In 2017, 16,149 law enforcement agencies participated in the Hate Crime Statistics Program. Of these agencies, 2,040 reported 7,175 hate crime incidents involving 8,437 offenses. (See Tables 1 and 12.)

There were 7,106 single-bias incidents that involved 8,126 offenses, 8,493 victims, and 6,307 known offenders. (See Table 1.)

The 69 multiple-bias incidents reported in 2017 involved 311 offenses, 335 victims, and 63 known offenders. (See Table 1.)

Religious bias (Based on Table 1.)

Hate crimes motivated by religious bias accounted for 1,679 offenses reported by law enforcement. A breakdown of the bias motivation of religious-biased offenses showed:

58.1 percent were anti-Jewish.

18.7 percent were anti-Islamic (Muslim).

4.5 percent were anti-Catholic.

Right from the FBI website, no I didn't crunch those numbers yet I just pulled it to give everyone some perspective on the data source.

I remember when Pew used to be laughed off as right wing, oh have far the left has conceded.

Good stuff, and we are gonna see more and more places participate each year. Which is why we gotta be careful with the way we interpret these numbers.

Hmm

It's as if...everything I stated...is right there in the data.

😐

But that's the work Robtard was supposed to do. Not you. He refuses to watch the vid. So I encouraged him to find sources and he refused to do that, only going with Pew's factually incorrect, biasedly influenced, result.

Jokes aside. Mormons are some of the nicest and not pushy Religious peddlers. They actually respect my "no solicitation or religious inquires" plaque on my door. Jehovahs don't give a **** sometimes.

One actually knocked and immediately said "I read your sign, sir, I'm just asking for directions."

This is what they count on though...people not looking into the data.

So for all the shit they talk about youtubers...we are now seeing the value some of them have. I certainly wouldn't be aware if I hadn't seen Matt's video about the data. And it's not like this is something the media covers, even right leaning networks like Fox. They probably assumed it was true and it was due to Trump and decided to ignore it.
