In 2 fights out of the 3 he had against the Count yes, basically:
1) In the first fight Vos and Ventress face Dooku together, Ventress gets thrown out of the fights and Vos gets pissed off. He is able to disarm the Count, but before killing him he hesitates, Dooku seizes the moment and disarms Vos as well. So Count wins

2)Then we have a timeskip (probably 1 year or more) and we have the rematch Vos vs Dooku. This is probably the fight everyone’s referring as “humiliating” for the Count. Vos defeats Dooku, without any rage boost. He is even noted to be pretty calm by Dooku himself

3) This happens a few hours after the second fight. The shuttle with Vos/Dooku/Ventress just crashed on the planet. Dooku kills Ventress, Vos gets super pissed and kicks his ass. Though tbh Dooku had a broken arm
