Not a fan of this news at all. The MCU films are decent albeit forgettable. Their tone is also all wrong for SW. In fact, one of the issues I have with the ST is their more Marvel style humor.

I do remember facepalming when Lukes first reaction to Rey is to throw his old Saber away. But that was Rian and Kennedy trying to imitate the MCU.

And Feiges done such a great job building up the MCU and the superhero genre, I gotta get excited to see what he can do with Star Wars. And he would probably like to show hes not a one trick pony.

I was thinking more along the lines of stuff like Poe's "witty" wisecracks when he is caught by Kylo. That type of humor is straight from the MCU.

Interested in Bane, Kenobi, KoR and The Mandalorian so far. The others, meh. Would be way more interested in a KOTOR series, tho.

Don’t know if it’s true. Also, apparently that woman has been chosen because she is good at exploring Obi wan’s personality
