Tbf, his ideology is simple (and one that I think EVERYONE should follow) which is that if there is ANYTHING that you really want or have a passion for, you must be prepared to SUFFER EXCRUCIATINGLY, WORK TIRELESSLY, AND TAKE ZERO SHORTCUTS TO BUILD IT. It's a lesson that applies to every level of life, personal and societal.

Wasn't everyone juicing in those days? Not to mention, IMO bodybuilding is like male beauty pageants. I mainly like Arnie for his movies and, like you said, for being an unapologetic lover of life.
