Reagan absolutely had high levels of charisma. But if he shit on POWs like Trump did, he would have been burned even by his own people, which is the general point.

Really disappointed. I guess I should run for public office?
This has been my thoughts to be honest.

Hell yeah, f*ck those kids he killed with those missiles babay!

He's a smooth criminal.

YouTube video

"Kiddies are you okay, are you okay, are you okay kiddies? You've been hit by, you've been bombed by, a smooth criminal"

Anyways, I wonder what happens to the polling industry if Trump ends up winning.

How will they continue to justify listening to them?

Good point.

If Obama or Biden said something like that, they'd get slaughtered. Like when Kerry said "if you don't go to school, you get stuck in Iraq" meaning Bush, not the troops...... but lost anyway due to propoganda.

Is whataboutism now okay? I can't keep track you guys flip on this so often. Since you just did it, it's okay right?

@surtur Really depends as there's a margin of error always in play and no one says "polls are 100% correct all the time". In fact, I can only recall someone in here saying "Trump has a 100% chance of winning!".

So probably go by averages and the specific polling organization. How many times were was a given pollster correct and how many times were they wrong, within the margin of error or course.

Post the quote of someone here saying he has a 100% chance.

As I've said before,

'04 I thought Kerry would win, was wrong.
'08 I thought Obama, was right
'12, Obama again but with a smaller majority.... right again
'16 Trump with a slim majority but largely due to party fatigue... again, I was right
Now I think 2020 is Biden's time with somewhere in the 300s.

You did not address what I asked. Is whataboutism okay?

what about what?

So it's wrong if Trump is gonna do it, but okay for Biden.

Lol.

Some advice to the usual suspects: arguing this is somehow okay is not the hill to die on. Do not do it.

If Trump wants to challenge the results, he's entitled to. Not gonna complain if he does.

Okay so we've established you specifically will not complain.

Do you feel democrats in power will feel the same way?

Yeah, he is entitled. The humor/sadness will eb what he challenges though, like a super-close race or one where Biden has a clear large lead.
