Cold/coronavirus season is Feb-May. Wonder how the virus will operate under Biden.
Regardless, I'll need to get a different job in less than 2 years since I work in energy.
I expect this election to be drawn out. If Biden wins, I don't foresee the violence and looting. But it looks like it will be economically damaging.

You think he'll actually do much in terms of energy?

I mean if it shouldn't have been this close it means that the other side isn't good.So wouldn't that cement Trump voters as garbage for voting for the clearly inferior candidate?
I never made any claims about how large Trumps' victory would be.
I'm not surprised it's a close election.
I think Democrats have to be worried if Biden wins by a slim margin, considering they thought they would win easily based on polls.

Why do you think they have to be worried if they win?

Because they've spent the last 4 years demonizing Trump and saying he was a threat to America and that he's racist and sexist. So if the Democrats barely beat him, what does that say about them?
Oh right, I don't think they worry about that really though, I mean certainly a win is a win, but even if they lost, I don't see them doing much introspection. And demonizing Trump while not offering an alternative raises them huge funds. They are a shitty party, just slightly better than the other option, imo.
Looking at the three states that Biden is currently leading in that would put him over the top, I’m not really seeing ways Trump could make up the ground he needs. In Michigan almost all the vote left to count is in the Detroit area and another blue area. Wisconsin is pretty much done counting and the few votes that are left to count are from blue areas. And Arizona just looks out of reach.
Looks very likely Biden is going to be the next president.

Final FiveThirtyEight prediction.
Trump with about a ten percent chance, according to Nate Silvers.
