NV has a difference of 8K votes, though.
And Penn could still go either way until we get beyond 94%. Like I pointed out last night, GA is very likely to settle on Trump with the amount left - the numbers really don't work out to make GA go the other way.
So, yeah, this looks very much like a Biden win, by this point. Amazing how much the very last few percentage points changes the outlook. A bunch of 2000 Floridas in this election.
I really wonder if Jeff Zucker is estatic or horrified.
The former because he probably genuinely hates Trump, and the latter because without a boogeyman in the white house, they have nothing to fill out their 24/7 news cycle that their core demographic cares enough about to reliably tune in on.
