He needs to keep the illusion that he's fighting to win for as long as he can so his supporters will keep pumping money into his fund. So conceding is not really an option for him, unless he's done finagling cash from his cult.

There is a new Fox News poll that shows 35% of all voters think the election was rigged, including 77% of Trump voters and 68% of Republicans. So there are a lot of people who will continue supporting him in that.
