Buttigieg is apparently linked to the company which created the caucus tracker app. Bad news for him, because he not only tried to f*ck Bernie, but he also tried to f*ck the establishment candidate, and that won't sit well with them or their allies in the DNC.Looks like the Sanders campaign was anticipating a screw job, somehow tracked the votes from each precinct, and have reported their findings.
That is not true. Acronym/Shadow provides software services to political parties and campaigns. The Iowa Democratic Party hired A/S to develop its reporting application. Several campaigns also licensed software from A/S that enables them send text messages to their supporters, with Gellibrand spending the most. Those things are totally unrelated.
Moreover, each of the precinct captains are instructed to photograph the ballot tallies as standard practice. That is not unique to the Sanders campaign. In fact, the Buttigieg precinct captains texting that information to the campaign is how they did the delegate math and figured out the result while the official tally was still being calculated.
