No clue how powerful current BB is but I think IF may take this. They've wanked him a lot in recent years. He'd probably pull some extoic KI power out his @$$ and win.

Miss Martian was unable to take down Beast Boy in a physical confrontation. If Beast Boy is enraged by the Red, he would take this rather easily.
