I don't think you have any idea what the word limited means. Mueller was not limited in any way and the letter from the AG verified that to congress. Mueller was allowed to look into anything and everything he wanted. He even outsourced the stuff that had nothing to do with Russian collusion.

Mueller found no Russian collusion, that means he found no evidence. It doesnt matter if you think it was Limited, it was not.

We need a special prosecutor to investigate the origins and financing of the fake Russian dossier.
