Q wants to play with Voldemort
Voldemort wants to kill Q as fast as possible
Q knows what avada kedavra is

since q has the the power to pretty much manipulate anything in the universe which he pleases,
it's safe to assume that he would also have complete and perfect mastery of magic and a deflection for any spell.
i know that no limits is typically a fallacy, but q is a legit no-limits character, imo
