it would be interesting to see how guy's constructs would hold up against cable's tk. i wonder if he would be able to just remove the ring through tk? and i've seen hammond affect gl's with tp. in one case (was it against hammond...?) hal created psionic dampeners for himself, so cable's tp is not off the table in this thing either. i think i would side with cable here, at least for a small majority maybe.
