Weather control-would do very little to Martian Manhunter, unless lightning counts as fire which I doubt in a comicbook.

Hypnotism-highly unlikely to overpower MM's telepathy.

Control over swarms of predators and vermin-would do nothing to someone of MM's durability.

Strength of 20 men-not enough to make MM even feel it.

Mistform- might buy him some time, but isn't enough in the face of him lacking an offense.

Regeneration-might buy him some time, but isn't enough in the face of him lacking an offense.

thing is when he drank from sif it amped his powers enough that he was able to fight evenly with thor, so all his abilities would be greatly amped in this fight. the blood of a god would push him into the top tiers. not sure who takes this tbh.

I got it from owning all of Tomb of Dracula, two mini-series starring Dracula, the X-Men fights, and the Thor fights. I know the guy quite well, and have good sense of his average, which isn't the same as a collection of his high-end feats.

That "strength of twenty men" shit is literally ripped straight out of the Dracula novel by Bram Stoker, I wouldn't take it too seriously when you could just look at his feats.
