If we go by "feats", or "logic", yeah.

There's a reason I put Spectre in the "underrated battle royle" over in comics. Something like 10 out of every 10 showings, Spectre is USELESS.

Joker: fail.

Libra: fail.

Parallax entity: fail.

I could go on, forever. Spectre's win/loss record makes Goku look spectacular (Because as any knowledgeable fan knows, Goku has far more big money losses then wins.)

And this kind of thing applies across the board. Galactus gets toasted by a planet (packed with bombs), Eternity gets his brains blown out by Genis-Vell, and somehow always finds reasons to be stupid AND useless..

Or how about Lord Morpheus? Can reshape reality: Can't cross a magic circle.

Honestly, in comic, cosmic beings are big jobbers.

Indeed. Infinite Zamasu's essence would've overtaken the entire universe/timeline(and quite possibly more.) It took Zen-Oh erasing that entire actuality to defeat him.

Eternity has never shown the ability to nullify universes(which makes sense, as that would basically equate to destroying himself.) Don't really know how he can win here..?

Well, Eternity can't kill IZ, imo. However, it is possible that IZ could corrupt/overtake Eternity... Much like Bubonicus nearly did:

Eternity seems to have a history of coming across a lot less powerful than intended.

Almost certainly more, too. Zamasu was influencing the alternate present timeline once he went cosmic, so I think he would have merged with all of existence (I.e. ALL timelines) were he not erased immediately.
