Like Kazenji pointed out in the Vader/Smaug thread about different genres being applicable for one character, Riddick has movies video games and at least one cartoon used to map out his backsory/fill in time between movies that are canon to draw on. Thats way too much combined fighting prowess and examples of durability for Nuada to overcome w. taking out canon fodder and losing to Hellboy.

Anyway, i’ll take my reasoning over “Riddick is only special in his verse”, at least i’m basing my choice on actual character actions.

Plus if worst comes to worst, he can do that Furyan kinetic blast that he does.

Yep people forget he has insane agility and strength when he wants. Plus yeah his energy thing, but it's not that reliable he can always summon it.

Once in "Escape from Butcher Bay" and also in "Riddick (2013)".

And I remember it killed a few Necromongers and also all 3 guys in the room in "Escape from Butcher Bay".

Yeah that was a great game.

Nuada never did anything as impressive as Riddick's shoe knife throw
