If we use averages then Hulk wins via thunderclap into a pouncing combination or he wins because Prime tries to tank a hit to show he's superior (basically Prime allows the first attack for shits and giggles).

If we use high end feats and Prime doesn't want to receive any attack damage by Hulk then Prime wins (moving planets faster than light speed strength and faster than light speed and perceptions).
