What tier would you put Doctor Manhattan now?

Multiversal for sure

Using feats, multiversal but below other Multiversal beings like AM, Monitor, Mxy, Ion, Spectre, CA superman..etc. however, based on what Mxy said, Manhattan is supposedly stronger.

Granted this is just one author and overtime it won’t hold up.

Right now I’m placing a Manhattan under Mxy, CA Superman, Mandrakk..etc.

Manhattan > Mxy, which makes him about as powerful as it can possibly get. Mxy wouldn't have said that Manhattan was beyond himself if it weren't intended to be true, imo. That said, I would love to see an encounter between them, if only to watch Manhattan try to rationalize Mxy's powers.

But now it seems that Perpatua and AM are above Mxy, since they can access the 6th dimension.

Perhaps, though being able to freely access the 6th dimension doesn't necessarily make them > Mxy. /shrug

At least above John Stewart level.

Watchmen characters seem to be far more formidable than the dc ones tbh.

I’m not convinced just yet

This could come down similarly like it did with DC final criss countdown where it was implied that’s mxy couldn’t affect Prime. It could just be one writer trying to imply this. That entire arc felt weird. Oz at the time was trapping Mxy in weird traps.

I’d wager when this is over, Manhattan will probably end up on similar level justwithout as much feats as Mxy.
