And what about Weapon X's other powers? Luck, HF, super strength etc?

i don't see why h couldn't hack the nanotech. not sure what the other powers would do to fight that. he could just turn wh human and ko him with sonics. /shrug

Or assume that he can close the distance on Cyborg before he gets the chance? Not crossing feats, so can only use weapon H speed feats but he has some.
