Leviathan Vs SHIELD

How does DC's top secret organization do against Marvel's? Also, match up Marvel's organizations with

DEO
Kobra
ARGUS (Probably closest to SHIELD)
SPYRAL
SHADE
Cadmus
Checkmate

DEO ------ S.W.O.R.D.
Kobra ----- Hydra
ARGUS ---- SHIELD
SPYRAL ---- Shadow Council
SHADE ---- STAKE
Cadmus ---- Weapon Plus
Checkmate --- H.A.M.M.E.R.
Leviathan ---- The Nail

Shield have way more resources than Talia's Leviathan.

ARGUS has just as much resources as SHIELD, and Leviathan will destroy them. Plus, doesn't look like Talia is the leader of Bendis's Leviathan anymore.

There's also a Leviathan group in Marvel too.

I wonder who's in charge of Leviathan now. They have some pretty uber tech, if they can fool Superman's senses.

Leviathan is packing some other worldy tech, according to Batman. The organization also just destroyed ARGUS. Pretty uber seeing as what that organization is packing.
