Who do you want after Thanos?
I’d like to see Galactus as the next villain, his rise of the silver surfer appearance was done so poorly and was just a huge disappointment. Now that the MCU has the rights to x-men and fantastic four I’d love to see him as the next main villain. Don’t think we need a third dark Phoenix storyline.

Maybe keeping rolling w. Captain Marvel and a Kree Skrull war? But really, that lends itself to generic bad guys. Someone colorful/memorable is needed.
A Masters of Evil/Under Siege movie would need build up...hmmm. Kang? Korvac might tie into a GoTG crossover...

There's actually a Doctor Doom movie that was planned. It was going to be set in Latveria and have a "cold war" type feeling. The movie was put on hold recently because of the deal with FOX. They are waiting for it to go through and then do a Doom movie, though it is not known if they will use the same script. I doubt it.
