Yeah, but I think in Hand to Hand Frank still has a chance, he's probably a lot stronger then Gary, but Gary's a lot more skilled then he is.

Frank's damage soak is super overrated, there are people with far better.

Lucas Hood from Banshee is one and thats off the top of my head, Gary has crazy strength and he's wayyyyy more skilled then Frank.
