But neither do parallax,if we talk about infintie in comic book(many fictions infinite actually just meant enormous)
Becuase CB was actually infinite energy in potential

And we knew that parallax was collapsed all timestream(infinite timelines)and timestream was portrayed many times is infinite. So this should be also proves parallax power
Well Parallax would have nothing that would actually be able to put RK Thor down. I disagree with the staunchest of RK Thor's detractors, and always will based on what the Runes actually impart. For most characters that don't have a divine edict that overrules the Runes, fighting the Runes would be like a normal human punching water and hoping to make a dent.

RKT is definitely way above Odin,
but also above the Sisters of Fate (who were above Odin themselves)
and even above TWSAIS (who were the "gods" of the Asgardians, including Odin)
Because I have quite a bit of evidence to support the notion that he was only around Odin-level(perhaps slightly more powerful at best)... And that showing against The Fates/TWSAIS isn't exactly as impressive as you're making it sound when you consider the context surrounding it. I have evidence to support that as well. 🙂

No it hasn't been. You made more of the fact that he could not steer destiny the way that a true omnipotent could, meanwhile Parallax isn't a true omnipotent either. Thor was also possessed to a large degree by the Runes, which Odin has never been. And, when has Odin ever been omniscient based on narrative clauses? You've tried to place RK Thor on Atum's level, when it was clear that the ones that sat in shit were at that level. We will never agree on this. Ever.

Odin removed one eye in order to receive wisdom,
to recreate and surpass that, Thor removed both of his eyes.
That gave him a more powerful version of the Odin Force and that elevated his powers immensely.
Thor's even greater sacrifice, which Odin also never did, (death via suicide),
allowed him further access to the magical knowledge contained within the Runes and,
for all intents and purposes, made him omniscient and arguably nigh-omnipotent as well.

But, at the very least, TWSAIS offered RKT to sit among them, so this suggest at minimum he was their equal,
at most, RKT was above them since they couldn't act against him while in their presence.
TWSAIS have a feat under their belt, that implies they're at-least above universal,
and Thor was within their range of attack. Thor also jobbed and they still allowed it.
Originally posted by Mr MasterOdin had already sacrificed one eye to the Well of Mimir. It does not respond to the same sacrifice twice. Ergo Thor had to pluck out his other eye in order to receive its wisdom, as Odin did:
Well, he was definitely more powerful than Odin, there's no question about that,
but the question should be, 'how much more powerful?'Odin removed one eye in order to receive wisdom,
to recreate and surpass that, Thor removed both of his eyes.

Hence why RKT's wisdom was later compared to that of Odin himself:
Keep in mind that Thor gained all of this power in the first place by facing the SAME trials as Odin:

"You must walk the path of the All-Father to become a God."
...Although in some cases he went a bit deeper than Odin had, which is why I'm fine with the notion that he ultimately became slightly superior to Odin. Wank aside, however, and there is NO evidence to support the notion that he was "way above" Odin. None at all.

RKT explicitly stated that he could NOT defeat the Fates outright:
http://i.imgur.com/QiuIiQo.jpg
Fates: "Thor. Son of Odin, son of Gaea, son of Frigga, son of Asgard, so of earth. You HAVE NO POWER HERE."
RKT: "This is TRUE. I CANNOT change what has been written. I HAVEN'T the power for that."
He beat The Fates, along with TWSAIS, by exploiting a cosmic 'flaw' in one of the strands on the Loom of Fate -- a single thread that helped form the circle/cycle/loop:

http://i.imgur.com/dsqqC8C.jpg
http://i.imgur.com/gkj9gyL.jpg
That's it. He certainly did not directly overpower either party.
It was also explicitly stated that Thor's humanity/mortality is what gave him the advantage over the aforementioned beings, and allowed him to beat them -- NOT his raw power:

I want to emphasize this portion of the above text:
*THAT is why he was able to do what Odin could not, and overcome the cycle of Ragnarok.
As for RKT's knowledge/wisdom: as mentioned above, it was directly compared to that of Odin:
http://i.imgur.com/b59DTCM.jpg
"You DO have the wisdom of Odin..."
And on that note, it was ODIN who masterminded/planned all of the events that led to Thor gaining the Rune-power and overcoming the Fates/TWSAIS. Odin KNEW his son's mortal traits would ultimately allow him to overcome the cycle of Ragnarok -- that's WHY he sent Thor to Earth as a mortal in the first place:

So yeah, props to Odin's ability to set all of this in motion from the get-go.

As for TWSAIS: they are some of the most vague characters I have ever seen, with ridiculously overinflated/hyperbolic power... Case in point:

http://i.imgur.com/a9Bsnj1.jpg
http://i.imgur.com/9ET1VZl.jpg
http://i.imgur.com/qX86VSH.jpg
*Not only were they unable to defeat Loki, but he basically made them look like a gaggle of doltish buffoons.
Mind you, TWSAIS had hyperbole'd the shit out of their own powers in the issue prior, and basically acted like they WERE the phucking Beyonders, lol:

http://i.imgur.com/BldHWjr.jpg
Suffice to say: their word is far from irrefutable, imo. /shrug
Anywho, at the end of the day RKT appeared in exactly 2 issues, and his only feats are as follows:
*Killing a weakened Mangog- remember, Loki had siphoned away most of Mangog's power by the time RKT killed him.
*Owning an amped Loki- while Loki *was* amped, we really have NO clue what the extent of his amp was. However, I still consider this to be RKT's best display of raw power, because there are no stipulations surrounding it.
*Overcoming the cycle of Ragnarok/TWSAIS/Fates- but again, there were some glaring stipulations behind that feat which we simply cannot ignore.
