Thanos in all rounds.

Thanos in both rounds. CM had some decent h2h feats but nothing that can match up to Thanos.

Her main strength is being able to fly and blast stuff... but even that will pale against someone with 2 infinity stones.

Second fight is ironically closer, since she should be able to outmaneuver Thanos. In round one Thanos would just beat her to death.

3 weeks we find out how powerful carol may have gotten

Thanos easily in both rounds

Hopefully not too powerful.

If she's able to match Thanos or able to put up a better fight against him than the Titan 7, I'd bet the MCU will lose a number of fans.
