As I said, you probably only have exposure to the X-men books only, hence your mistake of assuming a typical X-men team could match up against a typical JLA team.
And yes, I know you didn’t mean typical - you meant the most powerful versions of the X-men team, which would make them really powerful.
But then you made a mistake of saying the same for the JLA team - the most powerful versions of those as well.
Which makes it pure spite.
But, since you only know of the X-men (and OBVIOUSLY know nothing of the JLA), your mistake is understandable.
As is your assumption that ‘current Rogue doesn’t have to touch someone anymore’ makes her more of a threat than that posed by a larger sparrow as compared to a smaller sparrow in the middle of a hurricane.
I love Marvel, in as much as I love DC (and the other imprints). I just wish more people could say the same - meaning they’ve read more than just one house.
If they did - if you did - you wouldn’t think a no-holds-barred X-men holds a candle against a no-holds-barred JLA team.
But it’s okay - you don’t know any better.

4 out of the 9 JLA members could take her out from orbit. 3 out of the remaining 5 could take her out faster than she’d see them move. I’d say she’d take out Batman or Hawkgirl, but even then I’m not sure! You did say the best version of Batman (not a good character to bet against) and the best version of Hawkgirl (which means nth metal at its most haxx).
Bro - you don’t know the JLA.
Half the people on the JLA team would be standard X-men team busters at their average showings - at their best showings, there are several characters on the JLA team that could beat the best versions of the X-men team ....solo.
Let’s put it another way - you’re obviously young, rabidly pro-marvel and thus thinking that Wolvie’s sharp shiny claws, ‘crawler’s ‘bampf,’ Storm’s flashy lightning and winds, and A’angel’s feathery blades can win against veritable gods.
That’s ok.
You’re wrong though, but you’re young. As you grow older and you start reading beyond wolverine and Hulk, you’ll evolve into the JLA, and hopefully evolve past that as well and pick up a copy of The Books of Magic, before hopefully evolving some more and ending up at Sandman.
In that journey, don’t stay stuck at the Wolvie level for too long. It hurts the brain.

Superman, mm, flash, wonder woman etc could blitz the xmen team, mm could block any telepathic attacks, and xmen durability is human level mostly. So like paper bags going against bullets.
If they had nate grey, legion, phenonix, cable...then this would be a fight. No actually it wouldn’t. Then it would reality warpers vs bullets.
