Depa is a Vapaad-Practitioner and definitely better than Fisto.

Really? Fisto does have some advantages but I'd still favor Depa.

Reach is very important in fencing, but Fisto's bigger size means he has more area on his body that he needs to defend, putting him at a disadvantage.

Depa is smaller and thusly harder to hit.

She also displayed great dueling skills against Mace Windu on Haruun Kal - Vapaad would greatly amp her speed and strength.

Amped-Depa is somewhere above Kit Fisto and below Mace Windu.

She's possibly on par with Obi-wan Kenobi, or slightly below him.

I wouldn’t say on par with Kenobi but she’s definitely approaching him

Potentially better than everyone else on the Council though, probably splits with Tiin and Kolar
