Darth Sidious sits in his office in Revenge Of The Sith, but instead of Jedi walking in, Luke and Snoke from The Last Jedi walk in.

Luke and Snoke put aside their differences to destroy Palpatine.

Who wins?

I mean Snoke cant even fight. Sidious would likely laugh his TK off. So this is essentially Luke vs Sidious.

Though I have little doubt Luke is more powerful in the Force (conjecture), his combat feats are lacking to give him the win over Sidious IMO.
