Not really. While still super strong, 2014 Hercules was a lot more grounded than other versions, and Hobbs himself is blatantly superhuman in the F&F movies. The guy can do crap like casually snap prison restraints:
Tank heavy falls:
Dent metal with his punches:
Survive explosive accidents:
And he performed the ambulance feat like a week after surviving this:
Plus, he's a pretty skilled and brutal fighter to boot:
And these are just a few of his feats.
