The Beast and The Overseer vs. Captain America

This is Beast and Overseer as of Glass. They have both fully embraced their abilities.

This is Cap after getting beat down by Iron Man toward the end of CW.

Hows it go?

Without water I don't see how cap could beat the Overseer. Between the train crash survival, the fact that he's never broken a bone or had any diseases and by the fact that they didn't shoot him like they did the beast it's more than inferred that he's, for all intents and purposes, completely invulnerable apart from water.
