Winter Soldier vs. Nebula

Two fighters with bionic arms. Fight in an open arena. Bucky is currently in Winter Soldier mode, i.e. no remorse.

Round 1: Pure h2h
Round 2: Both are given a vibranium knife each

Im going Nebula. I think it would be a good fight though. Im sure a case could be made for either.

Would a knife (even a vibranium one) be enough to put Nebula down for the count?

I mean a rocket launcher couldn't:

Bucky would literally have to land a fatal blow to end it, whereas Nebula could kill him via death by a thousand cuts. So, going to go with Nebula here.

She also survived a ship crash

Bucky can’t put her down even if he is more skilled
