Assuming neither Polaris or Sue has their shields automatically up at the start of the battle, Quicksilver blitzes Sue and then it's 4 on 3; so X-Factor should take the win.

That's pretty sh|tty X-factor lineup. FF slaughters them.

Sue and Polaris stalemate...the rest are fodder..unless qs still is a flash analogue

Good match up.

The characters know each other reasonably well so X-factor would realise Sues the MVP on the F4s side.

Id give Xfactor the majority due to Quicksilver blitzing Sue. Once shes incapacitated the others wouldn't stand a chance. Polaris could arguably solo.

Strong Guy vs Thing would be a good one to see again.

Then they all gang up on Grimm, teaching him new kinds of pain.
