They both seemed pretty watered down to me.

Well, he would have, if Jeff Goldblum hadn't cried like a little b1tch and decided to win the fight for Hulk.

Also Bear in mind that was a Thor without Mjolnir or Stormbreaker, and Hulk was barely holding his own. Plus yeah Grandmaster had to intervene.

With that established, I'd still say Ragnarok Hulk > Endgame Hulk. Endgame Hulk has basically no combat feats.
