If by, “the mansion fest is superior”, you mean the trope of QS’s speed has been exaggerated more in the X-men movies than Flash’s have been in DC movies, then yes- I agree.
QS’s feats include being super fast, and faster than everyone. Except, Apocalypse was able to no-sell him? Hm, now why would Apocalypse have been hit by ANYTHING in the movie, if QS was really 1/10th lightspeed, and Apocalypse was able to react to- and counter that speed? Because he wasn’t nearly as fast as you’re claiming, and you’re wanking a scene to suggest that QS is near relativistic, and would utterly blitz Superman and Flash, when it’s simply not provable.
A character being way faster than another character doesn’t provide enough ground to debate them against totally unrelated characters from other series.
As I said, you have no way of clearly defining any of QS’s feats. Sure, they’re wicked, and super impressive- but it’s not solid ground to put him over another speedster from another series.

It would've been much easier for him to do it due to the size of the explosion and him actually being inside of the building versus Quicksilver being some distance and then having to speed inside of a building that already had an explosion going off. Because Flash doesn't have any. And if he doesn't have any, then Suoerman who is still slower than him doesn't have any.
And lol at ignoring how Apocalypse took amped Magneto, amped Storm, Cyclops going GOML and Phoenix to finally damage him. Also he gained the ability to see QS partway through his beating, then used his TK to trap his foot, stopping his speed.
