Even if you don't like it, I don't see how you can argue that Phantasm isn't still the best examination of the Batman character any animated movie has done. Red Hood is the closest, and as good as it is, it's still copying heavily from Winnick's arc in the comics.

I tried, but I really couldn't enjoy Phantasm. Don't get what's so special about it. Other than it being the first.

I will take Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero over Phantasm any day of the week.

Red Hood is excellent, and now that Supernatural is finally ending, I hope Ackles bites the bullet and plays a damn superhero; he'd be awesome at it.

I liked the Freeze one too, tbh. There's very little of the prime Timmverse Batman that I don't think is pretty good. Even the later series' were good.

2. Endgame (end battle was the greatest action sequence of all time)

4. Thor: Ragnarok
5. Gotg: Vol. 2
