At the beginning of the match , Nightshade will use her Magical Darkness. It's an ability which lets Nightshade to make her opponents completely blind by taking away the light. Psylocke has nothing which can put down Nightshade, her mind is a trap for telepaths. If Psylocke tries to enter her mind then he'll be trapped there for eternity unless Nightshade want to release her, So, basically if Psylocke tries to use his tp on Nightshade then this fight will be over for him.

This battle will be pretty straightforward. When the match starts Nightshade will immediately attack Daredevil. Then Gorgon will decapitate Daredevil first with the godkiller sword. Next Gorgon will decapitate Nightshade as well. Or while Nightshade is fighting Daredevil, Psylocke will ko Daredevil first with her psychic knife, and then do the same to Nightshade.

But why will Alberto’s team be fighting each other, you asked? It is because Nightshade will be completely under the mental control of the omega level psychic Psylocke. Just like below when she was under the mental control of Gorilla Grodd, while fighting Superman and Batman.

Nightshade has no defense to Psylocke’s omega level telepathy. Psylocke has beaten the Shadow King in the astral plane and defeated Cassandra Nova in a psychic duel. Nightshade definitely is not resisting her at all and will become her puppet just like she was Gorilla Grodd’s puppet as previously shown. Plus Psylocke will be able to mentally control Nightshade while being protected by a tk shield. She has been able to block against Magneto and the Shadow King, Nightshade isn’t coming close to getting through it.

And Gorgon simply outclasses Daredevil. Gorgon has own both Elektra and Wolverine simultaneously after getting stabbed by them both. Daredevil is on the same level as Elektra and Shang and below Wolverine. He will not fare any better than they did in a one on one encounter, much less a three on one fight. Where he has to fight his partner Nightshade plus Gorgon and Psylocke.

Now I’m sure Alberto will try to use the low showing and cheap shot from DD, but Gorgon was busy fighting Iron Fist as you can clearly see below. Plus Gorgon has tanked far greater than a DD kick.

Finally my team has great communication as they both are telepaths. So every attack will be expertly coordinated. And the godkiller sword is magical in nature, so Nightshade will be greatly harmed by it. It has “made that god bleed.”

So in summary match starts:
Psylocke immediately use tp to control Nightshade, while also maintaining a tk shield around herself.
While Nightshade is fighting Daredevil, Gorgon takes advantage and kills them both with the godkiller sword starting first with Daredevil. Gorgon was fast enough to cut off both arms from a blitzing Yo-Yo. Decapitating the much slower Daredevil and Nightshade will not be a problem.

Or Psylocke can blast DD with tk or use her psychic knife to ko him. And then do the same to Nightshade who will still be under her mind control. Plus there are only combinations of Gorgon and Psylocke working together to defeat their opponents.

But this should suffice for an OP and given the stips like no bfr and my plan, Alberto team is really just in a mismatch.

I want to show that I will be unable to be detected. In this amazing scene here we see NS using her stealth and shadow mode to travel undetected . No one was able to see her and they were all together and people like Supes and Bats were there.

Gorgon doesn’t even remove his blindfold or shades unless he wishes to turn someone to stone. So he almost always fight in the dark i.e. without the need of eyesight lol. Also Gorgon and Psylocke are psychics i.e. they don’t rely on eyesight when using tp.

The Shadow King already tried Alberto’s plan against Psylocke and failed. Plus he had the advantage of an ambush that not only took out Xavier in a younger body, but the rest of that X-Men group except Psylocke. As seen belong the Shadow King used darkness plus nightmares to create despair, doubt, regret, and fear. To the point that even Old Man Logan stabbed himself with his own claws trying to kill himself, being unable to fight against the Shadow King’s influence. But Psylocke was unaffected because of her mental powers. So even if Nightshade was able to perform her darkness/nightmare attacks, Psylocke would resist it with greater ease than she did with the Shadow King. Because his power and abilities are far superior to Nightshade’s.

All Alberto opening move does is give my team specifically Psylocke even more time to attack Nightshade mentally. And makes it easier for Nightshade to get turned to stone by Gorgon, since she sees through her own magical darkness as Alberto has shown. Plus of course in this battle Nightshade will not even be able to perform any opening moves, before Psylocke takes mental control of her from the outset.

Furthermore, Gorgon killed the god of fears in Phobos and was completely unaffected by his fear stare. Gorgon fears nothing having already died, and been brought back. He would literally laugh at her if Nightshade caused him to see his worst nightmare. Its very funny to think that darkness and nightmares will stop someone who almost always fight with his eyes closed, and who has literally killed the god of all fears. lol

Here the godkiller sword is magical, being that it was commissioned and used by Zeus. And Gorgon has already used it to kill a god, Nightshade will fare no better than Phobos did. Plus Gorgon has a significantly more powerful sword than Slade has, which made Nightshade helpless against him.

So basically this entire match comes down to the fact that both my two psychics can read Nightshade mind, and Psylocke’s tp is far greater than any mental resistance that Nightshade has. Not only has Gorilla Grodd controlled her mind, but also Eclipso.

However that psychic name is Pravda, and she is nothing more than a low level, weak willed, inexperience jobber. She has less than five appearance where she actually uses tp in a fight, and almost always loses badly in those very few appearances. And judges notice that Nightshade’s mind wasn’t closed shut to being read or from a mental assault. It was just Pravda was too feeble to continue probing.

So Nightshade resisting Pravda trying to read her mind isn’t impressive at all. Pravda is really just canon fodder. Judges this would be like someone believing that since Killer Croc’s punches didn’t hurt them, that they can tank Superman’s punches too. But of course there are levels to super strength just like there are levels to being a telepath. And Psylocke is an extremely high end telepath.

Wolverine, Sabretooth, Mystique, and others fell prey despite their psychic guards. Nightshade’s one instance of resisting a low power, inexperience, and frail psychic is no defense to Psylocke’s omega level TP. Even an Apocalypse death seed amped Archangel with well-guarded tp defenses was swiftly defeated by Psylocke’s TP. lol This is such a mismatch, Nightshade has no Tp defenses close to the level needed to defend against Psylocke’s TP.

Lol I’m starting to think that our friend Alberto doesn’t know how telepathy works. I think he believes a psychic has to physically touch a brain in order to attack it. Plus Psylocke has a little something called her psychic knife which is pretty hax and is itself intangible being comprised of her total mental energies. Her psychic knife has affected incorporeal entities like Cassandra Nova, Malice the marauder, and Proteus. Therefore, Nightshade’s shadow form is no defense against it, and she will suffer the same fate of being koed from it. Like Rogue said when she borrowed Psylocke’s psychic knife to remove Proteus from the possessed X-men, “This sword cuts spirit not flesh.”

This was a cool battle. this battle was over from jump. I showed over and over that I can use my mental attacks, Shadow attacks, porting attacks, lack of scent, movement speed and tactic that all trumped my opponent. My opponent showed no way of finding me or locating my team. He had no type of senses or powers that is able to detect anyone in this city. . I proved I can create shadows and they can act on their own and without my help.

WOW your entire last post is beyond LOL worthy. Where to begin, well first all of “your Pravda” scans comes from the The Programme 12 issue limited series by Wildstorm in 2007. In other words “your Pravda” is a completely different character published by a completely different company lol. So far we have establish that the only one having a nightmare from this brutal battle beatdown will be Alberto. And since the two teams start only 20 yards apart, speed is a huge factor here. And not only do I have a significant advantage with the speed of thought telepathy attacks, but also my team’s reaction and attack speed is so much greater than my opponents.

Psylocke is so fast that she can run on metal shrapnel being hurled at her by Magneto, taking him down in the process.

Gorgon can out-react bullets fired from close range and directed toward another. He sliced them in two with his sword.

However, Lashina in her “Duchess” persona and Poison Ivy were able to get the drop on Nightshade. Nightshade has normal human level reactions time and speed. Gorgon and Psylocke will be able to attack her before she can create one shadow construct. Even if she was able to make some shadow constructs, those slow moving lumbering things would be easily avoided by my team, or Psylocke will use her tk shields.

Plus Gorgon has taken a punch from an enraged Stonewall (Absorbing Man Jr) in giant-rock form. Gorgon wasn’t serious injured and continued to mock him, immediately getting right back into the fight. Gorgon is extremely hard to hurt and he possess an awesome healing factor. He can take whatever Nightshade can dished out, but she has been koed from normal punches by street levelers.

In conclusion this is a horrible matchup for Alberto’s team. Since there is no bfr, the major ability of Nightshade which is teleportation is rendered largely useless. Her power to cover the battlefield in darkness means nothing against two psychics who will rely on telepathy to “see” with their mind, and not on eyesight.

No they didn’t, her shadow construct crumbled to pieces. And it doesn’t even take much light to do it, as seen below Nightshade becomes powerless under two spotlights lol. Her teammates had to shoot the lights out for her to regain power.

And there are plenty of bright lights in the football stadium where we are at. It wouldn’t take much for Psylocke to use tk to turn them on. There are a lot of ways for me to win this battle, but the most straightforward is with mind control via telepathy. And Gorgon’s godkiller sword which has also hurt the absorbing man junior, who was unable to absorb its godly properties. Nightshade doesn’t stand a chance against it, and Daredevil is a sitting duck since Alberto choose not to use him at all lol.

Will try to keep this short and sweet. Both contestants had good formatting of their posts, which made it easy to read and judge. Kudos to both.

I don't think the Godkiller can absorb the darkness like Deathstrokes promethium sword - even ignoring my prior knowledge of the sword, when called out on it by Alberto, Supermutant did not provide any proof.

With that said, that was pretty much the only point I could give to Alberto. Supermutant showed that Nightshade was vulnerable to telepathy, that his team didn't need to use their eyes to fight (or more importantly, to detect Nighshade),
and were faster than Albertos team. Moreover, he showed that they had the offensive means to deal with even an intangible opponent. The refuting of Pravda was a very nice touch, it's rare to see.

In short, Supermutant wins this.

DD was useless.

Nightshade might be able to redirect physical attacks. But her downfall is TP resistance.

Alberto only showed one scan of TP resistance for nightshade against a telepath. If he had continue to press more scans on Nightshade’s TP resistance to convince me Psylocke’s attacks would be useless. This battle would end differently. More importantly he failed to prove how powerful Pravda is when he used wildstorm Pravda, a wrong version. This battle is basically Psylocke and Gorgon vs Nightshade. Supemutant provided more evidences. More importantly he provided better strategies. I choose Supermutant to be the winner.

I'm gonna be honest, that wasn't that close.

Supermutant showed how badly outclassed Daredevil is against Gorgon, and then provided proof that Nightshade can be telepathically controlled. Alberto tried providing some proof that Nightshade could hide, but not from a telepathic geniuys like Psylocke.

Overall, I found myself much more inclined with the idea that Nightshade would be taken over, and Daredevil dismembered.

And that wasn't because Alberto handled shade badly, just a hard fight and his team was on the losing side in feats and whatnot.

Overall well argued for both, but a decisive victory for Supermutant .
