Given my mainly stand up background I'll always avoid going to ground, however the difference between a rugby tackle and a double/single let take down is zero and having played to a high standard my shooting was very good.

@Neme Soccer kicks negate all the lying on the back shit mate. It's why they got banned. I can't remember which bjj guy was doing it in pride and wanderlei Silva just kicked his, legs, body and head in.
So that's my background. A lot of older posters will know it fits with stuff I've posted about here going back 16 years.
