I think we can all agree that the Sage would win.

Beerus has the fire power but lacks the speed, intellect, skill and technique to contend here

Considering that Naturo-verse is composed of Chakra, and one tailed beat is equivalent to The Endless, and Sage is the supreme being of Naturo-verse (As he created the universe from the tree of chakra),clearly Sage wins.

You also have to remember that Beerus isn't very smart or skilled either so Sage of Six Paths has an advantage there.
