Fast forward to 2 min... Goku blitz Jiren so fast that Dypso didnt even see him move. The attack was over with by the time Dypso knew what happened.

Let's also not forget about that scene where everyone thought Goku wasn't moving during Jiren blitz and no one was seeing that Goku was actually punching and blocking Jiren hits.
