Lobo more recently hasnt been as ubsurd and without limits and would loose.

90's Lobo was basically Bugs Bunny with a real bad attitude, Superman level strength and a healing factor that was off the charts.

there's a reason it's toon force lobo, in his solo book I'd say he was skyfather level

but he fall short when he does crossover with JLA and other earth heroes

recently, he had some good feats, like pulling down the neutron star

but just last week he jobbed to teen titans

inconsistant is his middle name
