So, Batman has a more wide variety of resources:

- Kryptonite that can make him into a Superman forever
- Hellbat Suit
- Now the Final Bat-suit
- Mystic items such as Holy Grail
- Mother Box
- Helm of Fate, Psycho Pirate's mask, Hag Stone, etc..

Yeah, Tony is screwed.

Bats baits Shellhead to think they're in a tech arms race, and then sneakiy accomplishes whatever goal they're contesting while IM is throwing down with the Bat-Time-Wasting-Decoy-Robot.

-Doesn’t last for more than a couple punches, and tony has the hacking feats to say he can compromise the suit plus his suits like bleeding edge are much stronger.

-Mother box isn’t doing anything here nor has Bruce used it in combat. His tech infused with motherbox tech has been hacked into by less smarter minds than stark
-Why in the world would Dr fate hand him his helmet to use? When has that ever happened? Hell tony could use the gauntlet if he wanted but that would obviously be overkill.

Brucy has the HELM of Fate, and we just saw what it did recently (own the likes of Phantom Stranger and Constantine). Not to mention Medusa's Mask, which is a multiversal artifact.

Why does he have dr fate helmet and psycho pirate mask? So Bruce and Tony can just grab the most powerful things they can find, it doesn't have to be something they have invented or normally use?

Sometimes Fate has the Helm, sometimes he doesn't. Same with anyone else, such as Psycho Pirate. Point is, Bruce has a wide variety of resources at his disposal. From Dark Days: Forge
