Hawkeye/Ronin has actually fought superhuman enemies on multiple occasions and people with higher stats and skills than anyone in the Wickverse.

Honestly Wick has potrayed better blade skills than Ronin. Ronin barely got any.

H2H could be a stalemate. But Wick seems like the most experienced one to me.
