Terminator is far tougher and stronger than Jason X. Pops and his clone he fights are both T-800 models.

Not The T-8 from the OG Movie. He didn't get Cartoon Level Durability until the Later Movies.

And unless otherwise stated we use the most recent version of a character. So we'd be using Genysis T-800 with the cartoon strength and durability.

T800, while definitely being powerful, is limited by its stats. Jason seems to have a no limits fallacy in place.

T-800 - a machete can't do enough damage to offline it, and the T-800 would eventually rip Jason to pieces where he's eventually too incapacitated to harm the Terminator.
