Hmmm... Interesting match. Arthur is pretty heat resistant, based on how he handled Manta's blasts. And if scorpion bolts can hurt the dragons, his trident most definitely can. The issue for him will actually be getting near them. They can just stay airborne and blast him the whole time. If he can get close to one though, he could most likely kill it without too much trouble.
