Thanos vs. The Ancient One

Who wins?

I think its a quickdraw

One of them hits the other with something there is no answer for or defense against

So many options for the Ancient One.

I don't think the Ancient One has enough raw power to actually kill Thanos, but she can definitely BFR him via portals or mirror dimension, can rearrange the landscape and keep him tumbling around, or if she's able to get close enough without getting skewered, palm hit his soul out of his body.

Ancient One can bfr him away or knock his soul out of his body

If both hit at the exact same time - Thanos gets the soul knocked out of him and Ancient One gets squashed - that's a Thanos 'win' yeah?

Nah. Thanos would still have a chance to return to his body. The Ancient one would be dead. I'd say Thanos has the edge there.

In any case, I don't see the Ancient one being able to approach near enough for a palm strike without getting cut in half.

Edit: Just realized OP says this is Thanos from the battle of titan, which means he already has 4 stones. He definitely wins this fight.

Is Dr Strange's "I've come to bargain" trick transferrable to The Ancient One?

If she has the time stone then she stomps.
But bfr is always an option.

Strange tried to use the mirror dimension against Thanos. It didn't work.

He had four stones when he fought on Titan, that should be enough for him to handle a single opponent, even one as powerful as The Ancient One.

Thanos wins.

Would've been interesting to see an attempt by Dr Strange to try and punch out Thanos' soul and be thwarted by his use of the soul stone.

Yeah even 2 stones made him the most powerful being in the Universe, as per Banner.

That might have been hyperbole or ignorance as Banner likely doesn't know of cosmic beings like Dormammu, but still, Thanos with four stones is more than a match for The Ancient One.

With four stones, Thanos takes it no problem.

Honestly, proper use of the Reality Stone alone should be enough against most opponents. It's pure PIS that Thanos stopped using it on people after initially turning Drax and Mantis into spaghetti.
