Godzilla had a Nuke and an Oxygen Bomb exploding at point blank, i saw 0 damage in his eyes.

Surviving even point blank explosions like that isn't the same as having a small fast moving object like Superman ram into his eye at super speed. Explosions are spread out, not concentrated in a super small area.
