He didn't outright say Ninjak would win. He said, "There would be nothing easy about it, Ninjak is OP."

He could have meant Ninjak would win, but I interpreted it as Batman would win but not easily.

Tbf, am curious to see what feats place Ninjak above Bruce.

Healing from a shattered spine, whilst cool, is not that great if that's his best craziest feat

as far as durability he tanked point blank explosion and rocket shooting at him no problem

strength wise he can break metal and concrete

he's faster and more agile than batman

his sword can pierce through x-o manowar armor (valiant's iron man), his sword can vibrate btw

he has gears as useful as batman, basically a high tech snake eyes/storm shadow

Ninjak is absolutely badass, and one of my favorite comic characters.

And while this would be a very close battle, even Ninjak isn't beating Bruce in a feat war... Not yet, at least.
