The 3 brothers, Mxy, and Spectre can resist

Tribunal will resist. I’m not sure about Kubik or Abraxas.

Voidtry and Thanos won’t resist it.

Full capacity (obv). See how convincing people are that Supes in in the HH tier with his peers.

I'm not sure that there is any force in comics capable of controlling Thanos. Not even forces capable of warping reality, destroying his physical body, and attempting to distort his very soul had an effect on him. This is a character that basked in the Penance stare every morning before breakfast.
