IF anyone wants to step up with Hulk, I was thinking Savage. Immortal is too weak against Supes, I feel.

For WW, I was thinking current,but not Witchmarked or whatever. The 'usual' WW.

With Superman, what versions were you guys thinking in your mind?

could always ask newjak to judge, i guess. that would be 3 mods. if it's one post i could put one in for current hulk i guess. if it's multiple posts i don't have time to bz for 2 guys right now and won't have for another couple weeks at least. i don't care either way. if anyone argues for some ridiculous attack it would be picked out by the judges or pointed out by the forum anyway so one post or multiple doesn't matter to me.

Not sure exactly. My suggestions were pr bada and I suggested nibedicus or laminator. They are pretty impartial. Newjak hasn’t been around much but I might be able to talk him into judging maybe. Any suggestions? I guess it’s up to ds to get a hold of them once he decides who he’d like to have.

Yeah all of them sound fine to me.

Smurph, KM, Blair, etc., are also all good.

I'm super bummed and don't understand why no one wants to back hulk when there are so many here who argue on his behalf, and so often. I own the fact I just simply would not do well in a BZ (nor do I have the time as I have a big exam coming up), but if you're a Hulk fan and you're reading this, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! HULK IS HULK!

Am also interested in how you guys are observing Doomsday Clock; which is to say, that ALL of Superman's feats are canon (pre, Post crisis)?

They’ve all been canon for a while now. Still don’t see anyone using pre crisis though.

Use whatever you think is appropriate I guess. Can superman still use his great big flare power? Doubt it but do whatever you think is fair I guess. It’s your show.

Actually, yes he can still use his flare power. Used it recently too.... Except now, he doesn't become a normal human when he does so.

Got a question. If I use Hulk, can I use ALL of his fts excluding any external amps with bfr off? Picking out a single Hulk while depleting histories of his characterization isnt fair imo. Especially considering it's the same character controlled by Bruce Banner. Share your thoughts.

Well not quite.

We have specific Hulks that COMICS define precisely.

N52 Superman, pre crisis, post crisis, Jurgens Superman etc etc....They're all forum inventions. Canon wise, however, according to Doomsday Clock, they're all the same.

Hulk? Not so much. We even have Banner , in a canon comic, writing down the different Hulk incarnations, lol. AND he even says how it's not Banner in control, lol.

This is PRECISELY what I meant when I said we need to show not just that we understood the POWER SET, but also the CHARACTER.

I understand that there are different personalities but what I am saying is, it's one body and one mind. All of them just have different ways of using that power. Hulk having split personality doesnt take away from the showing being HIS alone. It is still his powerset and his mind that is controlling said power differently. It can even be said that this is a powerset for him. It's weird because Superman was removed from the battle board the same week he punched WF in the face and no one is factoring in that he was amped. Dont get why people that isnt Superman cant get the same luxury that he does.

But what's in character for Mr Fix it, for example, is not in character for Savage. Or Professor. Or WWH.

That's the thing though. Even with ALL of the incarnations, Bruce Banner is ALWAYS the driver. Doc says it best...

Bruce Banner is always in control. One mind. Even though the personality are portrayed differently, it is Bruce Banner that is doing the commands.
