Quick YouTube search of Maniac Cop shows him as a resurrected demonic figure like Jason Vorhees. He throws a guy into the air with one hand and shoots him three times before the guy lands. Also, Maniac Cop gets shot in the torso twice with no ill effect. He is superhuman. Punisher May have the weaponry to take him out?
