Do you recall Rogol attempting to destroy the Earth? He had to travel to it’s core to begin the assault. I have a question though. Can you quantify shaking the Phantom Zone? It isn’t normal space after all, it’s a prison is why I ask.
This version of the Hulk could planet kill with a stomp of his foot, which was something that was heavily alluded to before he ever entered the Dark Dimension. There is a dramatic difference in power here.
The Hulk, or this version of the character had full control of his infinite, or near infinite power source. It wasn’t triggered by rage, it was through meditation. He was able to locate the source of his power and use as much as he needed. This is something that happened while he was on Sakaar during the Planet Hulk story.
Arguing what he did in the Dark Dimension is useless, because it was met with high amounts of speculation, which led many to invalidate his feats during the Heart of the Monster story arc. In a sense, it would be much like an attempt on validating Rogol’s ability to shake the Phantom Zone. After all, he was never seen shaking the galaxy in real space.
In the Hulk’s favor, we actually have solid evidence that states that he had full control of his power source. Not for nothing; the Hulk’s power source is immense. This was something stated by the Beyonder on panel when he stated that the Hulk had no finite element within him. He simply never knew how to tap into it properly.
Rogol would be dominated here in my honest opinion.
